We report at least monthly on progress towards objectives and contact reports are written after all key meetings.7. As part of our quality approach, we subject all our work to review by the principal or senior consultants.8. ConfidentialityThe storage and transmittal of confidential information is undertaken in accordance with documented procedures and our undertaking to uphold the Public Relations Institute of Australia's code of ethics.9. FeedbackWe regard feedback as vital at all stages of a project. We also undertake a formal review with clients at the completion of a program.10.
